Elizabeth Wingard

Elizabeth has worked as a fitness professional for over 20 years. Elizabeth has taught cycling, interval training, weight lifting, kettlebells, pilates and barre. She currently teaches Barre Pilates as well as yoga. An avid marathoner, Elizabeth has run 10 marathons and works as an RRCA running coach She started practicing yoga during her first pregnancy and become hooked. The physical and emotional beneits of yoga began changing her life and she knew she wanted to learn to share that gift. She completed her 200 RYT program at Soul Yoga’s Expand Your Power program. That training opened up an entire new world of inquiry, meditation, and truly changed her life and her practice.
In addition to being an instructor, Elizabeth is also a holistic health coach and works with individuals and small groups to help them achieve optimal health holistically through nutrition and self care. Elizabeth also writes for PACE Running Magazine. She contributes articles about nutrition, running, and yoga.
She has been married to Jeff for 19 years and the mom of three wonderful girls. Elizabeth and her family live in Travelers Rest. In her free time, she is busy hanging out with her family and friends, carpooling kids to sports and various activities, running or racing, going for hikes, practicing yoga, cooking, and reading.
