Jasmine Vanadore

Jasmine began her yoga practice as a high school student to combat stress and anxiety. As a competitive athlete and dancer, yoga was a way of taking intensity away from movement, and incorporating breath and mindfulness instead. Since then, her practice has grown, developed, and altered with each changing phase of her life. She first started her teaching path 10 years ago instructing dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading. After graduating from the College of Charleston in 2013, she took her cheerleading & dance coaching overseas to Australia & New Zealand. After a period of traveling and working abroad, Jasmine decided it was time to become a certified yoga teacher. She completed her training in Costa Rica January of 2016. Since then she has been cultivating a teaching style that blends dance-like flows with bits of power and lots of love. When she isn’t on the mat you can find her sipping coffees, enjoying the outdoors, supporting the arts, and experimenting in the kitchen.
