John Scalcione

John has been practicing yoga seriously since 2012, with his primary focus and love being advanced vinyasa flow. His training background is deeply rooted in the Ashtanga lineage, which he believes is very important. He also practices SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga, Acro-Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Bikram every once in a blue moon, and other styles as time permits. John looks forward to helping others learn and grow throughout their yoga journey to find strength and flexibility both mentally and physically.
