Julie found her passion in yoga late in life, diving in full steam ahead! She completed her 200-hour teacher training in the winter of 2014 and has since completed an additional 180 hours toward the next 300-hour level certification. Julie specializes in power yoga, incorporating the breath with the movement, in a traditional vinyasa flow. Slow, deep stretching paired with strength and balance. She will guide through the arc of her class using her upbeat personality to take you to your edge. You will sweat and stretch, and enjoy her hands-on assisting, while challenging yourself to reach a deeper experience through breath and flow.
