Soul Revive Etiquette

  • Cold Plunge Etiquetee

Limit your time in the cold plunge to 5 minutes to adhere by our scheduling format

Always enter the cold plunge slowly and carefully to avoid splashing or disturbing others nearby.

Wipe yourself down with a towel before exiting the cold plunge area to avoid water dripping in common spaces.

  • Sauna Etiquette

Limit your sauna session to 20 minutes to allow for turnover. If the sauna is full, be considerate and allow others to take their turn.

Avoid applying any scented lotions or oils before entering the sauna as they can affect the experience for others.

  • Leave Phones and Devices

Phones and electronic devices are not allowed in any areas of Soul Revive, including the studio, cold plunge, and sauna. This ensures a peaceful, distraction-free environment for everyone.

  • Shower Prior To Use

Before entering the cold plunge or sauna, please ensure you’ve showered. Proper hygiene is essential to maintain a clean and pleasant experience for everyone.

  • Leave Personal Belongings

Keep your personal belongings in the provided cubbies or locker areas. Towels and water bottles should be kept with you for use in the cold plunge or sauna.

  • Hydrate and Listen to Your Body

Always drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna or cold plunge. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, exit the area immediately and notify a YES team member.

  • Practice Gratitude and Postivity

Approach every aspect of your Soul Revive session with gratitude and positivity. Respect others’ experiences, whether they are in the cold plunge, sauna, or practicing alongside you.

  • No Shoes in Practice Rooms

Please remove your shoes before entering any practice rooms, including yoga and recovery spaces. This helps maintain cleanliness and creates a more comfortable environment for everyone. Shoe storage is available in designated areas.
