Jenny Harris
Jenny is a native of Greenville and has been practicing yoga for over twelve years and teaching since 2017.
She received her original 200hr and 300hr through Soul Yoga Studio and she recently completed a second 200hr certification in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Jenny enjoys teaching Vinyasa, Power Flow, and Yin, and she strives to make each class equally as fun as it is challenging. She believes the most important piece of yoga is simply to show up for yourself, the rest will follow.
When Jenny isn't at the studio, she loves vegan cooking, weightlifting, books, video games, traveling, and spending time with her husband Chad and feline children Ollie and Sam.
