I fell in love with yoga because of the deep connection it fosters with the body. Yoga has been a vital part of my journey to reduce stress and increase body awareness. My favorite practices are power vinyasa and Soul Revive, which challenge and rejuvenate me in unique ways.
Outside of yoga, I lead the YES team and also work for GVLtoday. I have a passion for cooking and enjoy getting lost in thrilling books. Yoga is my way of staying grounded, energized, and balanced in a busy life.
