After practicing yoga for many years, I decided to become a yoga instructor and share how yoga has changed my life. I am an actor and with that career comes loads of rejection, self doubt, and anxiety every time I audition for a new role. Yoga has helped me find ways to cope with self doubt and anxiety by reminding me to come back to my breath and rid the negative fluctuations of my mind. While yoga is a fantastic workout, and believe me you'll be sore the next day, it offers a safe space where one is allowed to discover who they are by testing the strength, flexibility, and determination of not only their bodies but their mind.
