Jill Wilken

Jill first found yoga over over 20 years ago while looking for a full body workout to add to her routine after a life in competitive sports. After her first hot power flow class she was hooked. The connection between the physical practice and the mind body connection kept her coming back to her mat, and eventually lead to peruse teacher training 5 years ago. Jill’s classes are a challenging and fast paced power flow, integrating creative sequences that allow you to get lost in your practice.
