Lizzie has always been drawn to the transformative power of movement and healing. As a Nurse Practitioner and former Clemson Rally Cat, she recognizes the importance of physical activity for overall health and firmly believes that 'movement is medicine.' Lizzie utilizes her dance background to create engaging, endurance-focused sequences, placing a strong emphasis on proper form. She strives to make every class worthwhile, ensuring her students leave feeling accomplished and empowered. She and her husband, Drew, enjoy challenging themselves physically and pushing their athletic limits. They have two little girls, Rosie and Mary Margaret, and recently welcomed a son, Jack, into their family.
