Olivia fell in love with the Greenville fitness community when she first moved here in 2018, and knew that when the time was right, she would seek to lead classes of her own with Soul Yoga. Olivia’s Soul Strong classes are designed to not just to challenge the body, but to promote the mind-muscle connection for a more holistic approach to high-intensity fitness. Olivia leads with vulnerability, acceptance, and understanding for all individuals regardless of their background or current journey with their health and fitness, promoting community for all with whom she crosses paths.
