Stephanie Watkins

Stephanie fell in love with yoga when she took her first class in 2008. Over the years she kept a semi-regular practice of it, punctuated with growing and birthing four babies. After her last child was born in 2018, Stephanie decided to get serious about her yoga practice and rediscovered her passion and gratitude for it. Yoga gave her a space for creativity, purpose, and a calming pause from the challenges and demands of daily life. At the encouragement of friends and family, Stephanie completed her 200 hour YTT in 2020 and began teaching in 2021. She is especially grateful to have found such an empowering and compassionate community to join at Soul Yoga. When not doing yoga, Stephanie can be found homeschooling her four kids, managing her houseplant hobby business, and keeping up with all the fun adventures her husband plans for their family!
