Susan Malsam

Susan has always loved all things sports and fitness. She first found yoga in her 30s when she wanted to increase her flexibility. She fell in love with how it how it also increased her strength and balance with fun flows and challenging postures. She received her 200hr RYT at Zanti Power yoga and completed her 300hr RYT through Asheville Yoga Center. She loves teaching Power Vinyasa, Soul Strong and Yin yoga. She is also passionate about expanding her knowledge of movement with certifications in barre, mat pilates and pilates reformer. When she is not on her mat, Susan enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
